Cancellation Policy:
☆ No cancellations allowed after I confirmed your order through replying 'yours' and sending DenSells Invoice.
☆ A cancellation fee of 60% of the total item cost will be charged for any cancellations.
Payment Terms:
☆ Payment must be made on time to avoid a late fee.
☆Updated Policy: Late fee of 100 per day will be applied for overdue payments. Kindly pay on time.
☆ Customers are required to send proof of payment.
☆ As of today, Sept. 7, 2024, no shipment of items will be made unless fully paid.
Shipping Policy:
☆ Strictly shipping on shipment days; Monday and Friday only!
☆ Once the item is shipped, the seller will not be liable for any delays, damages, or lost parcels; that will be courier's fault.
☆ No shipping fee payment = no shipment of items
Privacy Policy:
☆Customers are prohibited from using or exposing the seller's details to unauthorized individuals.
Unclaimed Items:
☆ If the order remains unclaimed for 20 days, whether fully paid or not, the seller has the right to resell the item. The buyer will only receive a 20% refund of the total amount paid.
Awareness on Joy Miners and Bogus Buyers:
☆ Joy miners or bogus buyers will be posted on our platform for awareness until outstanding fees are settled.
☆ They will also be posted on different social media platforms, especially on Facebook groups.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
☆ DOP (Deadline of Payment) deadline applies only to STBO (Soon to Be Onhand) items.
☆ A non-refundable down payment of 100-250 pesos per album is required to secure your item, which will be deducted from the overall amount.
☆ The remaining balance must be settled once the items are on transit, unless stated otherwise.
☆ The DOP for STBO items is a maximum of 2 weeks, unless they arrive earlier.
☆ Albums with Fast ETA shall be settled immediately.Please note that certain albums require a 50% NRDP to secure the item.
